Information regarding Coronavirus Measures for You and for Us

 BodyCentral is committed to the safety of both our clients and our therapists and, as such, has changed the way we structure massages during the traffic light system beginning 3rd December 2021. The following is what we ask of you:

• We recommend using a bathroom before you visit so we can limit exposure of common areas in clinic.

• Please leave all excess items: water bottles, jewellery at home or in your car where possible.

• Hand sanitiser is available upon entry

• Please wait in your car until your appointment time - no waiting at reception.

• Your therapist will greet you at reception and will be masked for the duration of your visit. During the red traffic light system, we ask that you also wear a mask

• If you exhibit any of the following clinical criteria symptoms at the time of your appointment we will not be able to see you:     

  Any acute respiratory infection with one, or more of the following symptoms (with or without fever):

  • fever (38˚C, or more)

  • new or worsening cough

  • sore throat

  • shortness of breath

  • sneezing or runny nose

  • temporary loss of smell or altered sense of taste

    Less common symptoms may include diarrhoea, headache, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, or confusion/irritability.
